Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. To initiate a return, email us at support@fugeno.com with your order number and photos of the product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To change your shipping address, please contact us at support@fugeno.com or call +91 7874204596 within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by logging into your Fugeno account under “My Orders”, or contact our support team with your order ID.

Currently, Fugeno ships across all states in India, including delivery to major cities and tier-2 towns. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand soon. Stay tuned for updates!

If you order multiple products, we aim to ship all items together in a single eco-friendly package to minimise waste. In rare cases, items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
