Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

FUGENO accepts the following payment methods for all purchases:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bhim Pay.
  • Bank Transfers: Available for large orders, upon request.
  • Gift Cards/Vouchers: FUGENO-issued gift cards or promotional vouchers.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Payment Timing

  • Online Orders: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • In-Store Purchases: Payment is due at the time of checkout.
  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery or before shipment.

4. Recurring Payments

For subscription-based products or services:

  • Subscription Charges: Payments will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on the specified billing date.
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly/Quarterly/Annually as agreed upon at the time of subscription.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; however, payments already processed are non-refundable.

5. Payment Security

FUGENO employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure the safety of your payment information. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

6. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails:

  • Retry: We will attempt to reprocess the payment within 24 hours.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to complete the payment.
  • Order Hold: The order will be placed on hold until payment is successfully processed.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed in accordance with FUGENO’s return policy.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is returned, a partial refund will be issued.

8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, FUGENO reserves the right to dispute the claim and may restrict future purchases or limit access to certain services until the issue is resolved.

9. Discounts & Promotions

  • Coupon Codes: Discounts must be applied at the time of checkout using valid coupon codes.
  • Exclusions: Some products or services may be excluded from promotions, as indicated on the product page or in the promotion terms.
  • Non-Stackable: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
