6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to FUGENO due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following options are available:

  • Reshipment: The customer may be required to cover the cost of reshipping the package.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs if the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

FUGENO will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include reshipment or refund.
